DAY 19 - Forgive Yourself

 


Whether you are a survivor of suicide loss or a survivor of a suicide attempt, forgiveness is the key to healing.

Forgive yourself.
Forgive the one you lost.
Forgive a world that seems to dole out as much heartbreak as it does love and joy.
Forgiving is an intentional act. Choose to live in a place of healing.
