Suicide Prevention and Awareness Month - 2019 - DAY ONE

This is the third year in a row that I will post something every single day of September, to observe Suicide Prevention Month. I have to point out though, suicide prevention is an effort that should be taking place everywhere, all the time, every day of the year.

That being said, I hope that all of my readers will take some extra time this month to learn more about suicide. It's causes, how to make effective treatment available to all, and how to support those who are survivors of suicide attempts, or survivors of suicide loss.
