Day Five - Simone Battle

Simone Sherise Battle was an American actress and singer from Los Angeles, California. She was a finalist on The X Factor US in 2011 and a member of the pop group G.R.L.

Despite her accomplishments, Battle suffered from depression and anxiety over financial problems, and concerns about her chances at future success. On September 4, 2014, Simone Battle lost her life to suicide. She was 24 years old when she died.
